Win a Simmone Logue Cook Book Promo

Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or over (‘eligible persons’).

The promotion commences 12:01am AEDT on 01/07/2018 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 31/10/2018 (“Promotional Period”).

To enter the competition, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, log on to https://www.simmonelogue.com.au complete the entry form and submit their entry which will require the entrant to‘Share their most memorable cooking experience’ in 25 words or less. Limit of one entry per person per competition. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.

There will be four (4) competitions within the Promotional Period. Judges will select 1 prize winner for each competition. Prize winners will be selected at 2.00pm AEDT at 1/18-22 Lilian Fowler Place, Marrickville, NSW 2204. All entries received during the applicable Competition Period will be reviewed as outlined in the table below. All prize winner selections will be made from eligible entries collected from 12.01am on the Competition Period Start Date to 11.59pm on the Competition Period Close Date.

Winner selected: 1st August 2018
Winner announced: 4th August 2018

Competition 2

Period: 1st August 2018 – 31st August 2018
Winner selected: 1st September 2018
Winner announced: 4th September 2018

Competition 3

Period: 1st September 2018 – 30th September 2018
Winner selected: 1st October 2018
Winner announced: 4th October 2018

Competition 4

Period: 1st October 2018 – 31st October 2018
Winner selected: 1st November 2018
Winner announced: 4th November 2018

Winners will be notified in writing by email and by phone within 4 working days of selecting prize winner.

Competition winners selected in each competition will receive a copy of Simmone Logue’s book ‘In the Kitchen’ valued at $39.99 (GST inclusive)

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

Failure to claim a prize within 30 days of being notified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

All entries become the property of The Promoter. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter and its agents associated with this competition. Eligible persons agree that by submitting an entry, you agree that the Promoter may use your email address to send information and promotions concerning third party products and services and also supply your contact information and questionnaire responses to companies so that they may use them to contact you by mail, phone, SMS, MMS or email to send offers and promote services based on your preferences. If entrants do not consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact The Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to The Promoter.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence arising from any error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption and communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communication networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to network traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error. Any costs associated with accessing the promotion website are the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this competition, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.
