The Great Aussie Cookbook
I’m so excited about my involvement ‘The Great Aussie Cookbook’, airing next Tuesday night on Lifestyle Food on Foxtel.
It’s a great insight into the private lives of Aussie chefs, who lead very busy and public lives.
For me it was very special. I invited the cameras in to see how me and my siblings, Joanna and Andy, cook alongside each other at our beloved Essington Park (our property in Oberon NSW).
I’ll be cooking and sharing my recipe for my six-hour slow roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary jus.
