Raspberry and Coconut Shag Cake


Gorgeous to look at (and of course, to eat) this cake combines three layers of moist coconut sponge with homemade raspberry jam and butter cream. Lovingly made with eggs, coconut milk, coconut essence, vanilla, butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, coconut, cream of tartar, strawberry, raspberry and lemon.  We suggest serving with edible flowers (not included).

Our cakes are best eaten on the day you receive them although can be enjoyed up to five days in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Pickup from our Marrickville head office is available Tuesday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, for Hot Canapés, Lemon Curd Cheesecake and our Flourless Chocolate Cake.
