Coffee and Mascarpone Gateau


Sumptuous and sophisticated, this decadent dessert combines layers of espresso-soaked vanilla sponge, with mascarpone cream, torched Italian meringue and chocolate shards. Lovingly made with flour, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, mascarpone, cream, coffee, baking powder, vanilla, dark chocolate and cocoa.

Our cakes are best eaten on the day you receive them although can be enjoyed up to five days in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
