We deliver fresh perishables to the Sydney metropolitan area. Please contact our head office if you need a delivery outside this area.
To help you plan your online order and delivery we have included some information here but if you do have any questions or have not seen what you need for your event please don’t hesitate to call us on 9519 3680. We deliver your order with our fabulous Simmone Logue delivery drivers in refrigerated trucks. They take great care with your products and keep your order fresh. If you do need something urgently please call us as we may have what you need in one of our stores.
Order and Pick-Up Times
Orders close daily at 12:00pm for delivery the day after next. Weekday deliveries are available in morning or afternoon timeslots.
In-store pick up available at our Double Bay store from 11:00am – 2.00pm.
Store Location and Opening Hours
Any orders placed before 12:00pm can be shipped or collected in store two business days later. For deliveries, you have the option to select either a morning or afternoon time slot.
Weekend Pickups and Deliveries
Orders placed by 12pm Thursday can be picked up on Saturday or Sunday from our Double Bay store between 11am and 2pm. For deliveries, you have the option to select either a morning or afternoon time slot.
Delivery charges for online orders are based on the delivery location within metropolitan Sydney. All deliveries must to be a home or business address and we will need a signature or someone to be at the location on the day of requested delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

When you complete your order online you will receive an order confirmation, which tells you which timeslot you booked and tax invoice via email.
To cancel an order you must call us on 9519 3680. Refunds are not available after the 12:00pm order cut off the day before or if cancelled on the same day.
Returns and Exchanges
We pride ourselves on high quality at Simmone Logue and customer satisfaction is paramount to us. We do not accept returns under normal circumstances however if there are any issues, please phone us on 9519 3680 immediately. If outside business hours – please refrigerate product and send an email to email@example.com to report the problem then we will call you on the next business day.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unconsumed or you may not be eligible for refund. If the quality issue is due to tasting the product then please return the remainder. Please note that we cannot accept returns made more than 24 hours after the original delivery date. You can return to our Double Bay store or send via courier. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery; therefore we recommend an insured courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt.
