Delivery and Order information

We deliver fresh perishables to the Sydney metropolitan area. Please contact our head office if you need a delivery outside this area.

To help you plan your online order and delivery we have included some information here but if you do have any questions or have not seen what you need for your event please don’t hesitate to call us on 9519 3680.  We deliver your order with our fabulous Simmone Logue delivery drivers in refrigerated trucks. They take great care with your products and keep your order fresh.

Product Turnaround

Current turnaround time for all orders is 2 business days.


Pickup is available Tuesday – Friday, 7am – 5pm from our head office:

We deliver anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area on Fridays between 8am – 4pm, for a flat rate of $14.99

Two additional delivery dates will be available for Christmas orders:
Wednesday 23 December delivering savouries & Christmas products
Thursday 24 December delivering savouries, Christmas products & sweets

All deliveries must to be a home or business address and we will need someone to be at the location on the day of requested delivery or instructions on where we can leave the delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery Tracking

When you complete your order online you will receive an order confirmation and tax invoice via email.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order and receive a refund you must notify us on 9519 3680 no less than 48 hours before the order is scheduled.

Returns and Exchanges

We pride ourselves on high quality at Simmone Logue and customer satisfaction is paramount to us.  We do not accept returns under normal circumstances however if there are any issues, please phone us on 9519 3680 immediately. If outside business hours – please refrigerate product and send an email to to report the problem then we will call you on the next business day.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unconsumed or you may not be eligible for refund. If the quality issue is due to tasting the product then please return the remainder. Please note that we cannot accept returns made more than 24 hours after the original delivery date. You can return to our Marrickville Head Office or send via courier.  Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery; therefore we recommend an insured courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt.
