Catering Sales and Events Manager Required
The Catering Sales and Events Manager is responsible for managing all catering and retails sales enquiries; processing catering orders; developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase catering sales; and build and nuture the client base. This role also provides a wide range of administrative and office assistance to the Sales Department to facilitate the efficient operation of the company.
To be suitable for this role you must have excellent personal and organisational skills and be able to build and maintain client relationships. Your role is to guide our clients all the way through the initial consultation until the post-event follow up. This includes menu suggestions, budgeting, venue suggestions, styling ideas, and recommending suitable event contractors.
You will have at least 3 years events or catering experience and are coming from a hospitality background. You will also have strong industry knowledge and an understanding of market trends and competitors.
This is a full-time office based position, but you will also be required to occasionally supervise events.
